Where the Marsh Meets the Table
Salt air, slow mornings, and Norfolk on a plate — Titchwell Manor is coastal England at its most quietly magnificent.
Perched on the edge of the wild North Norfolk coast, Titchwell Manor is the kind of place that recalibrates the soul. This lovingly restored Victorian farmhouse — now a quietly sophisticated boutique hotel — gazes out over shimmering salt marshes and the celebrated RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve, where the sky feels three times its normal size and the only soundtrack is birdsong and the distant pull of the tide. With just 26 individually designed rooms, the atmosphere is unhurried and genuinely personal, whether you're tucked into a beautifully appointed bedroom or wrapped in a shepherd's hut with a hot tub steaming under the stars.

What They Say
“Lovely hotel, friendly staff and delicious dinner. The room was very comfortable and lots of amenities to make it a really pleasant stay. So peaceful and even a free electric charging point. Unfortunately it was let down by the breakfast. The cold buffet table wasn’t replenished, the service wasn’t as good as in the evening and our poached eggs were hard, sausages could have been better quality.”
“We have just stayed at Titchwell Manor for a couple of nights and it was a lovely experience. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotless. The room was well equipped with everything you could need and tea, coffee, bottled water and homemade biscuits. The bathroom had a great selection of toiletries too and the shower was hot and powerful! The staff were friendly and helpful. Aranka was especially lovely. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of items to choose from. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring locally with walks from the doorstep. We will definitely be back!”
“Nice old building, dropped in for a cuppa, dog friendly area was pleasant, we felt the seating area was slightly cluttered with very large furniture, some rearranging needed to accommodate smaller groups. Service was good.”
“Had an absolutely amazing stay at Titchwell Manor over the weekend. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was faultless—attentive yet unobtrusive. The highlight was undoubtedly the food. I had one of the best steaks I've ever tasted—cooked to absolute perfection and bursting with flavour. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of quality ingredients. Titchwell Manor truly exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay with outstanding dining!”
“Didn't stay, just stopped for some breakfast before going on a walk. Staff were incredibly nice and friendly and breakfast was lovely Even brought our dog a bowl of sausages!”
