“We had an excellent stay at Chewton Glen. We joined the Japanese street food class and had a great time learning to cook okonomiyaki with Jerry. When we checked in the service was great and our room was spacious. The highlight for me was our tasting menu and wine pairing chosen by Natasha. The following morning we had a bracing walk to the beach, well sign posted from the hotel and worth the effort”

“We visited Chewton Glen today for afternoon tea for my mums bday and we could not fault it! From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The food was delicious and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We have visited various other hotels in the area claiming to be 5⭐️and Chewton Glen just wipes the floor with all of them. We were looked after by Isabel who was amazing! Can’t wait to visit again.”

“On this occasion I had a Gin and Tonic Afternoon Tea, and it was faultless from the moment we arrived to when we left. Our waiter Drew, was lovely, professional, polite and helpful. The food and drinks are all delicious and beautifully served. I've been here before and stayed in a beautiful hotel suite and used the wonderful relaxing spar. All staff are wonderful and will do anything to make you feel comfortable and cared for. It's 5 star for a good reason.”

“Stayed here for a night as we were participating in a Porsche Test Drive. The room we booked had a hot tub and the room itself was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was adorned with beautiful Christmas decorations making it feel very festive. We ate at The Dining Room, the food all wonderfully prepared. We hope to go back, perhaps in the spring/summer to fully enjoy our stay.”

“Fantastic place to chill with the family or/and fish friends. Cosy atmosphere, delicious food, great service, amazing inner design, quite big gym with Techno Gym equipments. 1 hour to get to a beach by walk via special beach track. Highly recommend this magnificent place P.S.: I would like to address the head chef: please make sure that hair does not get into the food on the plate. And when you offer to remake the dish for the second time – please don’t rush to do it as fast as possible. Otherwise, there is a risk of receiving a dish (in our case – fish) that is half-raw. It wasn’t the best gastronomic experience, but we hope that it was just an unfortunate coincidence, and everyone has the right to make a mistake and the right to a second chance. So everything is fine.”
