Hurley, Berkshire
Thames-Side Boutique Perfection
The Story
A beautifully restored boutique hotel in the picture-perfect Thames-side village of Hurley. Just 10 rooms, each individually designed with a blend of contemporary style and period charm. The restaurant serves modern British cuisine with Thames Valley produce. For 2026, the kitchen has introduced a seasonal tasting menu that changes weekly, and the riverside terrace now hosts Sunday afternoon jazz sessions through the warmer months. New for spring: the hotel has partnered with a local vineyard for guided English sparkling wine tastings on Saturday mornings, and the kitchen garden is now supplying herbs and salad leaves direct to the restaurant. This summer, the house is adding picnic hampers for Thames Path walkers and longer weekend brunch service on the garden terrace.
