A very expensive hotel, punching well above its weight. The hotel is saved only by the standard of the dinner on offer....superb. The hotel is dated and slightly run down. Our executive suite offered a good sea view, but I fail to understand why just adding a radio, fruit, dressing gowns etc warrants being called executive. The hotel borders on a 2/3 star. Here's why. We had no heating in our room that was still not fixed when we left. We were offered an electric heater but that was barely powerful enough. We also had no hot water until I asked why. The system was totally erratic in operation.Still up and down when we left. The shower was pathetic, absolutely no power in it at all, you had to run around to get wet!! only used it once after that as once again no hot water at all.The room also had damp and black mould in corners of the room, mainly on the exit to the balcony by the doors, mould was also seen in bathroom.. For the money I paid, disappointed

Just a quick visit to watch a live band. Even though I wasn't staying the staff were brilliant in helping me out and just ever so friendly. The grounds were well maintained and the views were beautiful. Felt like I was in another country. So relaxing, just wish I had time to stay longer. Definitely looking into staying next time. Great job everyone who works there 👏

Very nice stay. Staff were friendly and food was great! Pools all nice and heated. Our room was the ground floor terrace. Nice outdoor area. We also had a hot tub, sunbeds and a table & chairs. Gate out onto the outdoor pool! The toiletries in the room were shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion. Very nice quality. Hairdryer and mini fridge in room. Facilities were great! Views from the garden were amazing! For families they have a games room which my little one loved. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Had afternoon tea for two today, as a thank you to a friend. Excellent, friendly service. Good selection of sandwiches, lovely scones with jam and cream, and 3 different types of cake all of which were delicious. Pot of tea and a pot of coffee. Eat this in the conservatory over looking the gardens, and out to sea. Would definitely recommend, and will be back again.

This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to! The staff were all absolutely incredible and they were so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and the puddings were so good. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, a games room, a lovely outdoor area which includes a giant chess and droughts board and the view of the sea. They had live music one of the nights we were there which was such a lovely addition. They are also dog friendly and are so kind to the dogs. The bunk beds in the 4 people bedrooms were so cute! The children loved sleeping in them and they were so comfy. All rooms have a little fridge and they put milk and biscuits in it. Such a wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back here really soon and I definitely recommend! 💙💛💜
