What they say
“I stayed here for 3 nights and the service I received was 5 star all the way. The Team were all exceptional. Check-in was smooth, efficient, welcoming and friendly. I travelled solo and was made to feel so welcomed in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. All staff made the time to chat and answer any questions about food/drinks or where to visit locally. I truly can’t thank everyone enough and hope to return. Each member of the Team was exceptional. Chefs table amazing”
“We have just had a 2 night stay at The Three Chimneys. Somewhere I’ve been wanting to visit for a long time. The Three Chimneys lived up to my expectations. It started with a very warm welcome from Maria with a drink & warm scones in the lounge. Perfect after a long drive. Our room was lovely, with a great view of the loch. Sheila & Holly also went out of their way to provide us with a great stay. We ate in the restaurant on both nights & had breakfast both mornings. The food was delicious, so fresh & perfectly cooked & presented. The restaurant staff were also very welcoming & knowledgable.. Thankyou for making our visit so memorable.”
“This was our second visit to the Three Chimneys, and this time we booked for the seven course tasting dinner menu, having done lunch the last time. Once again, we were blown away by the experience. From the initial booking, where I was contacted afterwards to check my other half's name as I had indicated it was his birthday and they wanted to provide a memento for him to take away, to the communication in the run up to our visit, the warm welcome, the professionalism of the staff and, of course, the sheer delight that was the food, we couldn't have been more impressed. The food is perfectly sublime, there's simply no better way to describe it. I kept thinking each dish was my favourite - until the next one arrived and proved to be equally as delicious as the previous one. The scallop, the monkfish, the venison...deary me, just delectable. Each staff member was so warm and friendly and nothing is a problem.for them. The memento they had prepared for Alan was lovely and will make a nice keepsake which will provoke a very happy memory of a spectacular dining experience. Can't wait to return in order to make our Three Chimneys hat-trick!”
“Absolutely superb! The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye is a true culinary gem. From the moment we stepped in, the warmth and charm were palpable. We had the privilege to be a part of the kitchen table. Every dish was a celebration of seasonality and locality, showcasing the incredible produce of Skye and Scotland. The menu is a testament to fresh, quality ingredients, expertly prepared. And the wine list! A truly impressive and thoughtful selection that perfectly complemented our meal. We had an unforgettable experience and cannot wait to return. Five stars aren't enough!”
“My wife and I spent a night at The 3 Chimneys for her birthday and it was such a treat, we both loved it. My wife is a foodie so she was super keen to try one of the best restaurants in Scotland and was not disappointed. The food was AMAZIN! What stands out tho are the staff, especially Sheila who welcomed us when we arrived and looked after us during our stay. She was informal, fun, obviously passionate about the Chimney's and Skye and a real delight to be welcomed in by. I can't remember the name of our waitress on the evening but she was the perfect blend of knowledgable and informal, able to help us have fun while answering any questions about the food or wine we had - tremendous. The room was lovely, one of the better rooms in boutique hotels that we have stayed in, plenty of space and views while a touch of luxury in the bathroom. Another treat-tick The only downside was the tip. I'm happy to tip, but I didn't notice there was a service charge included on the bill (my own fault as I didn't have my glasses when I was settling up). I was then offered (and paid) an additional service charge on the card machine. This was slightly off I felt. But the staff were so lovely that it has certainly not spoiled my experience and would (and have) recommend the 3 Chimneys to friends and family as a destination.”
