The menu could be considered challenging in parts. 30 course taster menu, amazing ingredients, often raw, flavours expertly enhanced by chef Gareth Ward and team. All of the team have first-class knowledge of the ingredients and cooking techniques and impart their knowledge in a down-to-earth and informal way putting you completely at ease in a 2 Michelin star setting.”

“We got invited for the 30 course tasting menu and a stay overnight. The Garden room was lovely. The 30 course tasting menu was a real experience and we really enjoyed it sat theatre style facing the open kitchen with a vinyl DJ playing music, was great. Fish starters amazing! I enjoyed 95% of the dishes, all are amazing dishes, odd one a little too much flavour for us.”

From the rolling out of the ramps where needed to taking a personalised video of showing their process of preparation in the areas I couldn't access. It goes without saying by far the best food I have ever tasted and would highly recommend anyone that enjoys food able bodied or not to come and enjoy the talents of Gareth and his lovely team.
